About our Fleet Management Solution
EVALAN developed an IoT system that remotely controls the fleet and successfully guides its rentals. The IoT fleet management system collects all kinds of information about the fleet, including the number of kilometers driven, battery charging cycles, energy consumption and their location.

The solution consists of four parts
Batteries Condition
The first part of this IoT solution is a warning system that provides insight into the condition of batteries.
The warning system shows when a battery needs to be filled to improve the operation and usability of the fleet.
Damage Report
The second part of the IoT solution makes it possible to report any damage to the fleet quickly and easy.
Web portal for Rent & Pay
The third part of the solution is the portal, which includes an online reservation system with a payment solution for each rental.
Any cardholder can rent a cart via the Portal. The rental and use of a cart will be registered in real time.
Data Collection and Display
The fourth part of the solution includes all the collected data about key parameters of the fleet. The data is displayed in real time to enable our client to perform efficient maintenance for each cart.
