Evalan BV built the ARMOR app as part of the ARMOR SERVICE. This SERVICE is provided by Evalan BV commercially and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Evalan unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
The app does not collect any personal data that is shared with Evalan BV or other parties. The user submitted names, collected heart rate data and calculated body core temperature and Physical Strain Index can be stored locally on the device only. The files are stored in the documents folder and can be saved, viewed and shared at the discretion of the users of the device. This information is not shared with Evalan BV or other parties.

Special permissions
The app makes use of the following features of the device to provide the best experience for users. The features are exclusively used for the goals in their respective descriptions.
- Camera
- The camera functionality of the phone is used to scan QR-codes on the first generation of ARMOR sensor nodes. No images are stored locally or shared with Evalan BV or any other party.
- Low-energy wireless connection.
- The low-energy wireless functionality is used to receive data from the ARMOR sensor nodes. This is a core functionality and the app cannot function without it.
Security
Since personal data can optionally be stored locally on the device and can be shared with anyone at the discretion of the user, Evalan cannot be held responsible for any use of data which is out with the agreed (or documented) terms of use and specified functionality.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
