Evalan adds Real-Time Monitoring to 300 Beer Tanks in Belgium

We monitor Volumes of Tank Beer systems in bars and restaurants. This enables F&B managers to maintain stock levels, avoid run outs and reduce technical outages at lower costs.

Evalan has delivered Real-Time Monitoring services of Beer Tanks at bars and restaurants since 2012. We currently provide this service for about 5000 Beer Tanks in 9 European countries. In each of these tanks the volumes, temperatures and pressures are monitored and tracked through a dedicated platform in the cloud. This data is made available to the logistics and technical service departments of beer companies and distributors.

Tank Beer is becoming increasingly popular in bars and restaurants, replacing kegs and bottles. Tank Beer reduces logistics and refrigeration costs, and delivers beer at higher quality at the tap. As a result of this growth, 300 new beer tanks in Belgium will be fitted with our Tank Beer Monitoring system.

Installation without Tank Modification

Installation of our Tank Beer Monitoring Units is easy and does not require modifications to the tank – the entire measurement system is installed next to the tank. This is done within a few hours, without the need for an outage. The beer taps will continue to operate while the installation takes place. The Monitoring System can be used for new tanks and for existing tank beer systems.
